OSHA recommends workplaces develop a plan to protect their workforce that also follows the federal and state health guidelines.

United States Department of Labor

The U.S. Department of Labor also has issued FAQ’s regarding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). It reviews the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and provides new federal paid sick leave information for employees affected by COVID-19.
