JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for inventory stocking levels, inventory accuracy, item parameter maintenance, variance reconciliation, and participation in physical inventory.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Production order planning/replenishment
- Maintain item planning parameters
- Expedite material as required
- Stocking Level KPIs
- PTO/MTO Inventory monitoring and quantity corrections
- Manage ECN process administration
- Cycle Count Root Cause Analysis and Repair
- Location management
- Investigate Daily Inventory issues
JOB-RELATED AND ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years’ experience in inventory or supply chain
- Associates Degree preferred
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Service oriented with exceptional communication and response time
- Team player
- Sense of urgency and capable of working under pressure
- Focus on work accuracy and attention to detail
- Utmost integrity and ethics
