Raynors Newest Garage Door Line Strengthens Area Manufacturing

Raynor Garage Doors launched its new Aspen" Series garage door line today with a ceremony at its Dixon, Illinois manufacturing facility where the doors are produced in an impressive automated process. The new steel door system incorporates several advances in aesthetic design and insulation efficiency along with a unique manufacturing platform that will allow customers to select from the widest range of door styling, colors and window choices the company has ever offered.

In unveiling the newly tooled facility and door system, Raynor Worldwide president, Jon Keesey, noted Its an exciting time for Raynor Worldwide. The Company has committed capital dollars to upgrading existing equipment and installing new equipment for the Aspen Door line. It has been an incredible effort and I am proud of our employees. They have spent countless hours and completed the project on time, and as importantly our customers are excited about the new product.

The Aspen Series is available in 1-3/8 and 2 thickness with new, richly embossed and debossed steel textures, several mix and match panel styles, a wider choice of glass window options, two woodgrain finishes plus 8 standard and 1800 custom colors. All doors are made to order in the Raynor plant by union members of Carpenters Local 790 and installed by a network of over 800 Raynor Dealers.

Among Raynor exclusives in the new door design is its WeatherLock" Section joint which improves the effectiveness of the air and water seal while providing exceptional strength. Aspen residential doors carry an industry leading warranty: For As Long As You Own Your Home.

Additional thermal efficiency is provided by Raynors Neufoam" polyurethane insulation that fills 100% of each sections interior to provide 18 R-value with 2 doors and 13 R-value with 1-3/8 doors.
